We received another yet  violation from TikTok early this morning, and we’re hoping this is an AI glitch. An appeal has been submitted, and we are currently waiting for a resolution. Until further notice, our website will be the only place to place orders.

For those who placed orders on TikTok Shop last night, we will hold onto them until this issue is resolved or until you can reorder directly on our website. At this time, we are unsure whether the shipping labels printed last night are still valid, and we don’t want to risk potential issues by sending out those packages prematurely. However, all orders placed on our website will be shipped out today, March 12.

This is just one of several unwarranted violations we’ve received over the past few weeks. While we have appealed each one, not all have been approved. We understand that we are not alone—many other creators and small businesses are experiencing similar challenges. This situation is unfortunate and deeply impacts small businesses like ours.

We also want to emphasize that we have received nothing but five-star reviews on everything we’ve shipped. Every order has been sent out within 48 hours of being placed, and we do not have any unresolved issues that we are aware of. Our top priority has always been customer satisfaction, and we will always go above and beyond to correct any issues to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their products.

Additionally, there may be changes to our live schedule this week while we work through this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges.
